The 7th Annual AIG, better known as the Asian i-Gaming Congress and Expo is being held right now until the 26th of this month. If you do not already know, it started last February 24th, where else but in the popular Asian tourist destination of Macau. Macau has a lot of casinos too boast and has attracted a lot of tourists today. That is probably the reason why AIG has decided to choose Macau as the venue for the AIG this 2009.

They say that this year’s AIG will be one of the biggest exhibitions yet. They are expecting more attendees for this year’s conference as compared to the previous exhibitions. But note that it’s not just an increase in the number of visitors but also a great increase in the number of exhibitors and sponsors. This is surely a big event in the world of bingo.

On the other hand, there were a number of speakers invited to the AIG event this year. One of them is from the Tombola Bingo. The Chief Executive Officer, Phil Cronin, is one of the guest speakers who will be discussing a lot of bingo related issues especially for Asia. The Tombola Bingo CEO is talking about low-stake bingo, a soft gaming option especially created for the continent of Asia. As you can recall, Tombola Bingo was previously part of Sun Bing back in April of 2008. But since then, they have separated from the company and continue operations on their own. They have, ever since, been growing in terms of online bingo players and customer retention. Their television advertisement has helped them grow into what they have become today. If you can recall their famous TV ad which featured “La vida es un Tombola”, the theme song that meant “Life is a Tombola”, was sang by Isobel Maria Lopez. It featured all the good things about Mardi Gras.
